IMM Accelerator Program
Our 12-week program provides startup founders with the essential tools and resources needed to start and scale their business. Week 1-2: Business Ideation and Validation
During the first two weeks, founders will focus on ideation and validation of their business idea. We’ll provide workshops, seminars, and mentorship to help founders identify their target market, conduct market research, and validate their business model.
Week 3-4: Business Planning and Strategy
During this phase, founders will create their business plan and strategy. We’ll provide mentorship and workshops on defining your unique value proposition, developing a marketing and sales strategy, and setting measurable goals.
Week 5-6: Branding and Marketing
Founders will work on their branding and marketing strategy. They’ll learn how to build a brand that resonates with their target audience, create a marketing plan that aligns with their business goals, and develop content that engages their audience.
Week 7-8: Product Development and Prototyping
During this phase, founders will focus on product development and prototyping. We’ll provide mentorship and workshops on creating a minimum viable product (MVP), designing user interfaces and experiences, and conducting user testing.
Week 9-10: Funding and Financial Planning
Founders will learn how to secure funding for their business and create a financial plan. We’ll provide mentorship and workshops on fundraising strategies, creating financial projections, and managing cash flow.
Week 11-12: Scaling and Growth
The final two weeks of the program will focus on scaling and growth. Founders will learn how to scale their business, expand into new markets, and create a sustainable growth plan. We’ll provide mentorship on hiring and managing a team, creating partnerships, and developing a long-term vision for their business.
Throughout the program, founders will have access to our cutting-edge workspaces, a supportive community of fellow entrepreneurs, and experienced mentors who will provide guidance and support every step of the way.
